Mitch was amazingly attentive. He took care of all of the insurance payments. I had a new roof installed in one day and new gutters on another day. They left the site clean. I barely knew the crew was there. 100% would recommend them.

We had storm damage and a few different people came out to look at the roof. Mitch came by and did a thorough inspection in and out and found the hole everyone else missed. He did all the advocating with insurance and was able to get us a new roof. Clean up was well done and final expectation was beyond expectations when he changed out a shingle that he didn't agree with. Definitely would recommend to the next person.

About four years ago I had my roof inspected by this company and was told my roof was aging, but should be fine for another five years or so. They could've sold me a roof then but gave me an honest assessment instead. That impressed me, so when it was time to replace my roof, RoofAid was the first company I called. I was pleased to meet Mitch, who re-inspected my roof thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I did get other estimates, and RoofAid was not the cheapest. They did make the best impression on me though, and also worked with me on the total price. The crew that came out to do the job was amazing! Such hard and thorough workers. They completed the job in one, 14 hour day, including tear-off and replacing several areas of rotten roof decking. They did a terrific job of cleaning up. Mitch even came by the next morning to look for any nails they may have missed, and found a few...that's great service! The new roof looks great, and I notice it's currently featured on the Google sidebar for the company. I'm quite pleased and would recommend RoofAid Bloomington without hesitation whether you need your roof replaced or just inspected. These guys are pros, and it shows.

After a full estimate with another company, the costs for a new roof kept rising. I cancelled that contract and started looking for a new contractor. I found Roof Aid through Google. They came out within 24 hours and completed a thorough estimate. The offered a very fair price for the full job, including a few extra needs that weren't technically part of the roof (a new soffit in one area and a new downspout that wasn't damaged, but was too small). The communication was amazing - quick responses and clear answers. The job was set for a date less than a week out. The team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The roof looks amazing and the clean-up was better than expected. They even put flower pots back exactly where they had been. The cost never changed - no hidden charges or sudden new issues. A great experience all around!

Contacted RoofAid and a couple other contractors to see about replacing our shingle roof with metal, not only were they perfectly in-line with the other quotes, they managed to get the project done within a week of our HoA agreeing to our chosen roofing and did the entire tear-off/install in one day. Very pleased.

The owner of this company could have sold us a new roof in a heart beat. I thought we were definitely needing one. Mitch came out and repaired a few shingles and said I could go another 5 years as long as we don't have extreme weather. I was shocked, what started as me wanting an estimate turned Into me saving thousands of dollars and mitch not even charging me for the repair. When it's time to replace e my roof, RoofAid will most definitely be my choice.

Roof Aid is the best roofing company I've ever worked with. Mitch, the owner, is very professional and diligent. He really went above and beyond with my insurance company, and helped me to get a brand new roof. He even helped me with some various carpentry tasks that I had been needing some help with. I cannot recommend Roof Aid enough! My only regret is that I can only leave one review!
