More Than a Roofing Franchise

RoofAid USA is building a modern exterior services organization centered on professional inspections, multiple service opportunities, long-term customer relationships, and consistent operating systems. Depending on their market and capabilities, franchise owners may provide residential and commercial roofing, retail roof replacement and repair, restoration services, siding, gutters, RoofScore® inspections, preventive maintenance, membership programs, and other exterior services. The RoofAid USA model includes multiple service opportunities that allow franchise owners to serve a variety of customer needs within their local communities.

Two Paths to RoofAid USA Ownership

RoofAid USA provides opportunities for both qualified entrepreneurs building a new business and established roofing or exterior-services owners seeking additional systems, support, and national brand alignment.
Tier One: Build a New RoofAid USA Business
Designed for qualified entrepreneurs who want to establish a locally owned roofing and exterior services company using the RoofAid USA brand, operating systems, training, technology, and ongoing support.
Tier Two: Align an Established Exterior Business
Designed for qualified roofing and exterior-services owners who want to align an existing company with RoofAid USA while accessing additional systems, training, technology, leadership development, and operational resources. Whether launching a new business or transitioning an established company, both ownership paths provide the opportunity to operate a locally owned exterior-services company as part of the RoofAid USA national franchise organization.

Training and Support of Every Stage of Ownership®

RoofAid USA provides an organized training and support system designed to support franchise owners as they prepare, launch, and operate their businesses.

Available support may include initial franchise training, RoofAid University learning resources, RoofScore® inspection training, business planning, sales and marketing guidance, operational systems, technology, KPI and financial-performance coaching, leadership development, peer collaboration, and ongoing support from the franchisor leadership team.

Training and support continue after a location opens and throughout the term of the franchise relationship, as described in the Franchise Disclosure Document.

A National Brand Built Around Local Owners

Every RoofAid USA franchise location is independently owned and operated. Our owners lead businesses in their local communities while having access to the systems, resources, experience, and collaboration of a growing national organization.

RoofAid USA is led by co-founders Robert Hall and Jesse Carnicom. Together, they provide tandem leadership, strategic direction, training, coaching, and ongoing support to the franchise community.

Our goal is to identify and develop capable leaders who want to build respected local companies, serve their communities, and contribute to the strength of the RoofAid USA organization.

Your Path to RoofAid USA Ownership

Choosing a franchise should be a thoughtful, two-way decision. Our process gives candidates the opportunity to learn about RoofAid USA while allowing both parties to determine whether the candidate, market, ownership path, and business model are the right fit.

1. Introduction and Brand Discovery

We learn about the candidate’s background, goals, preferred market, and reasons for exploring ownership while introducing the RoofAid USA brand, services, systems, support, and ownership paths.

2. Application, Qualification and Territory Review

The candidate completes the franchise application so we can evaluate experience, financial qualifications, ownership goals, and overall fit. We also discuss the candidate’s preferred market and review preliminary territory availability. Territory availability is subject to further review and is not guaranteed or reserved until all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

3. FDD Review, Due Diligence and Discovery Day

Qualified candidates receive the Franchise Disclosure Document, conduct their independent review and validation, and meet with RoofAid USA leadership to learn more about the organization and the responsibilities of franchise ownership.

4. Mutual Decision, Onboarding and Launch

Following a final evaluation, candidates who demonstrate a strong mutual fit may be invited to join RoofAid USA. New franchise owners then begin the applicable training, business-planning, market-preparation, and launch or transition process described in the Franchise Disclosure Document and franchise agreement.
